The direct screen printing process involves placing the material under a mesh screen. By applying even pressure with a squeegee on the screen, your logo is imprinted onto the material surface. The screen printing process ensures your imprint looks its best on a wide variety of fabrics. This is the most common method of decoration. Black Non Woven bags may have decorating limitations for multi-colour logos. If your logo can be printed as a direct screen print and a transfer print is requested the following surcharges will apply: Under 500 pieces: $0.50 (E) OR Over 500 pcs: $0.35 (E)
Ink Change: All orders that require an ink colour change are subject to a charge of $35.00(E) per colour.


Full Colour Transfer (FC)
CANADA Set up charges are $65.00(G) per logo.
USA Set up charges are $60.00(G) per logo.

Show off any brand in a vibrant glory with our full color digital heat press technology. A full color transfer allows for a beautiful, computer generated, logo to be printed onto a heat transfer material and pressed on a variety of fabrics. Leave any brand logo or messaging looking its best with this high definition, high resolution, print option. Artwork needs to be provided as a high-resolution file (300 dpi or over) in either bitmap or vector format. PMS matching is not available. All Artwork will be converted to CMYK and the best possible color match will be printed.
Maximum size of 64 square inches (Perma Press decorating at larger sizing may be available). Utilize imprinted price and add:
0-40 square inches $1.30 (E)
41-64 square inches $2.00 (E)
If you require a full colour transfer in an additional location, an additional location running charge (based on quantity-see pricing grid on this page) AND a full colour transfer running charge (based on size of logo) are both applicable.



Perma Press (PS)

Similar to Perfect Print, Perma Press allows a four colour process or spot colour logo to be printed onto heat transfer material and pressed onto a variety of different products. We are now able to print four colour process images on non woven laminated products. Artwork needs to be provided as a high resolution file (300 dpi or over) in either bitmap or vector format. A full background is not required. PMS colour match may not be exact. No extra charge for die cut logos.
Maximum size of 64 square inches.
Perma Press not available on black laminated bags.
MINIMUM 150 PIECES
