The direct screen printing process with a maximum of 1 Spot colour involves placing the material under a mesh screen. By applying even pressure with a squeegee on the screen, your logo is imprinted onto the material surface. The screen printing process ensures your imprint looks its best on a wide variety of fabrics. This is the most common method of decoration.
If your logo can be printed as a direct screen print and a transfer print is requested the following surcharges will apply: Under 500 pieces: $0.50 (E) OR Over 500 pcs: $0.35 (E)
Ink Change: All orders that require an ink colour change are subject to a charge of $35.00(E) per colour.

Pad Printing (PAD 1C)

There is a maximum of 1 colour on this option. Pad Printing is extremely effective on rounded, uneven, or slanted product shapes. It is also perfect for small and intricate logos. A silicone pad is used to transfer the ink onto the product. The pad can hit various levels on a product at one time. Ink colour availability is restricted due to the limited ability to mix inks utilized in this process. Pad printing is utilized on products such as: plastics, pens, aluminum, tins, rubber, cardboard gift boxes, metal, vinyl, leather and paper pad banners.

Ink Change: All orders that require an ink colour change are subject to a charge of $35.00(E) per colour.

Laser Engrave for Drinkware (LAS)

Debco's Laser Engrave technique uses state of the art laser technology to aim the laser's optical system at a focal point. The energy delivered to this focal point is altered such that a lasting imprint is created, typically by vaporizing the surface coating. The result is a long-lasting decoration that is essentially etched into the surface of the object on which the laser is directed. Please note: available on select colours.

You can now easily personalize your drinkware item with laser engraving. Personalizations will be placed under the logo unless otherwise indicated. Personalized information must be submitted at the time of order entry in an Excel document with one name/title/number per cell. Please advise font size and font style (click here to see fonts available). Arial will be the default font if none specified. The same font and size must be used for the full order. Imprinted minimums must be respected. One location ONLY.
