    • Orders of $2000.00(X) or more net of freight and taxes: First 250 addresses are free of charge, $2.00(X) per shipment thereafter*
    • Orders under $2000.00(X) net of freight and taxes: $2.00(X) per shipment*
    • Only offered on shipments that are identical for each location i.e. same box size and weight
    • Insertion of notecard with each shipment at no charge, if provided
    • Cost for individual boxes is extra
