Job Title: Graphic Artist

Position: Permanent, Full-time
Report to: Art Manager
Skills: Proficient in Illustrator on PC Platform

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Employees are required to be proficient in all duties and responsibilities of Art/Production departments (with exception of Graphic Artist requirements)

Specific Duties

-Set up Art Proofs for Clients
-Send work order and art to Office Beacon via Internal Software Program
-Send Revisions to Office Beacon via Support Pro and Spark
-Print Film
-Set up Virtuals for Internal and External Clients
-Liase with Print Shop regarding various Imprint Methods, Imprint Locations and Multi-Colour Art Proof set up
-Liase with other staff in various departments
-Handle phone calls from Internal/External Clients
-Help with Creative Department when needed
-Sundry duties as assigned
-Cross-Training

General Duties

-Send Art Proofs to Clients
-Handle phone calls and emails from Internal/External Clients when Customer Service Contact Person is away
-Art Approvals
-Order Processing duties
-Liase with other staff in various departments
-Sundry duties as assigned
