This PPE kit contains PP0001 3 Ply Comfort Face Cover, PP0004 30 ml. (1 fl. oz.) hand sanitizer and PP0009 package of 5 sanitizing wipes packed in P9648 Yolo Waist Fanny Pack. PP0001 Comfort Face Cover has a sturdy, breathable and stretchable 3-ply design. It is a one-piece face mask with ear bands and one-size-fits-all functionality. PP0004 includes 62% ethyl alcohol sanitizer gel with a light citrus scent in a PET container with PP flip-top lid. PP0009 PET resealable package contains unscented spun lace non woven antibacterial 75% ethyl alcohol wipes. The waist pack is made from 210D Diamond patterned Ripstop and includes two front pockets and one back zippered pocket with an adjustable webbed waist strap that extends up to 40”. PP0001 face cover has not been FDA cleared or approved. These masks should not be used:
1. In any surgical setting or where significant exposure to liquid, bodily or other hazardous fluids, may be expected;
2. In a clinical setting where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high; or
3. In the presence of a high-intensity heat source or flammable gas.
