Job Title: ACCOUNT MANAGER

  Duties and responsibilities:

- Relationship building with assigned customers and members of the Debco team.
- Answer incoming customer queries via telephone and e-mail.
- Accurate and timely dispensing of information to your account portfolio.
- Accurate and timely signing of internal paperwork that ensures integrity of our operation.
- Working with the team of Account Managers so that if called upon to serve other's accounts that the same thorough behaviours are practiced.
- Acting in a manner that ensures harmony throughout the department and the company in general.
- Attending Promotional Product/Ad Specialty shows as well as possibly visiting some of our current and future accounts.
- Participating in some outside activities
- Understanding the artwork process.
- Understanding the policies and procedures of the Company.
- Delivering total customer satisfaction.
- Sundry duties as assigned.
  Qualification and skills:

- Superior communication skills - both verbal and written
- Excellent follow-up with customers
- Time-management proficiency
- Good judgement: ability to think on one's feet
- Ability to balance urgency, challenge and stress effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities with efficiency
- Communicative and interactive
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- PC familiarity with practical experience in Microsoft Work and Excel
