Please follow the below procedures to ensure proper delivery of your 1 day express order

ORDERS must be received by the latest 2:00 PM (EST) Monday to Fridays (holidays not included). 1-Day Express must be noted on the order form. Exact repeats must include previous reference information (such as previous PO#). Orders received after 2:00 PM (EST) will default to 1-Day Express Service on the following day.

THE ARTWORK must be received at the latest by 2:00 PM (EST).
In the subject line of email we need the company name and PO# & 1-Day Express.
The art requirement is high-resolution vector art that has been created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as an .eps file. Art must be to exact print size and PMS colour and number must be provided in email. Print colours must be provided as SPOT colours and if it is a 2-colour print, spot colour separations must be provided. If an underlay is required for printing purposes, it will be added automatically without notification.
Please provide contact name and phone number where you will be available in case of an immediate question.

NO SPECS OR PROOF APPROVAL
Artwork will be imprinted exactly as submitted. Please ensure that you have reviewed the artwork you have submitted, as no paper proof will be provided. If any of the above is not followed, delivery will revert back to 3-Day Express. Orders that are submitted by the distributor with errors in text or image and printed will be billed as per catalogue pricing.

THE COST
All orders subject to a $40.00 (E) handling charge and must be noted on the purchase order.

THE SMALL PRINT
Orders received for 1-Day Express will be acknowledged by auto-confirm. Please ensure you are setup for this service . Visit http://www.debcosolutions.com and click on 'login to debcosolutions.com' for distributor access.

All orders will be imprinted in 1 standard location only.

1-Day Express Service is subject to stock availability. Clearance inventory is not available on 1-Day Express.

Order must ship by our designated courier, Purolator. No other courier methods can be used for 1-Day Express. Any ship methods noted on purchase order will automatically be changed to Purolator without further notice.

Orders are subject to credit approval. 1-Day Express is available only to Net 30 day customers who are in good credit standing.

Multiple orders for the same item, same imprint that exceed the above quantities noted will not be accepted.

1-Day Express Service is subject to production capacity and may be restricted at certain times of the year. Please check website for any restrictions due to production capacity.

Orders shipping from Canada to the United States are not available for 1-Day Express Service and must be shipped according to 3-Day Express Service.

It is understood that customers using the 1-Day Express Service agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
